What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and business name.
- Job details: the site address, access details such as gate or lockbox codes, the stage of work, dates, and what you've asked us to capture.
- Billing details: what we need to issue and track invoices. We don't take card payments on this website.
- Messages: calls, texts and emails between us.
- Website data: pages viewed, device and browser details, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Capture data: 3D scans and imagery of the spaces we capture.
Personal information in 3D captures
A capture records everything visible in the spaces we scan. That can include personal items, documents, photographs, vehicle number plates and, occasionally, people.
- We ask occupants to keep out of the areas being captured and to put personal items away beforehand.
- If something personal appears in a tour, ask us to blur it, with the address and the room or view. Requests made within seven business days of delivery are done at no charge. After that, ask anyway and we'll tell you what's possible.
- For condition records of neighbouring properties, we only capture with the owner's or occupier's consent, and we share the record only with the parties named in the scope.
How we use it
- To scope, quote, book and confirm your capture, and to contact you about it.
- To capture, process, deliver and host your files and tour.
- To invoice you and keep business records.
- To run and improve this website and measure how our advertising performs.
- To send you updates or offers, but only if you've agreed. Every marketing email and SMS includes a way to unsubscribe.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar tools from Shopify, Google and Meta to keep the site working, understand how it's used and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including limiting who can access it and using providers with strong security. No system is completely secure, so treat a tour link like a key and share it only with people who should see the property.
How long we keep it
We keep business and tax records for as long as the law requires. Archived captures are kept so tours can be reinstated, and we'll delete one if you ask, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason or another party named in the scope relies on it. If that's the case, we'll tell you.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
